Fabric Insects for Stuffed Magazine
They are on their way! I sent off my two latest beetle soft sculptures to California, where Stampington Magazinesare based. More specifically, Stuffed Magazine. Stuffed, subtitled, The Crafting of Softies, features softies or soft sculptures as I like to call them, and includes articles on how to make them as well as a gallery of works. It is aimed at “veteran softie artists and new fans alike” and although I’ve never bought an issue and I doubt if they are available here in France, I’d love to see some of the imaginative ways artists work in 3-D with soft materials.
Well, wish me luck! I’d love to get published!
In the meantime, these beetles are available made-to-order in my shop.
